Admission to 9th grade is based on past achievement,
recommendations and the STS High School Placement Test.
Students from Catholic and Public schools across the region
receive equal consideration. Transfer Students should refer
to the Transfer Students page of this website for the
information related to the Admission process.
Still Accepting Applications for the 2010-2011 School Year
Incoming Freshmen – there will be a Late Entrance Exam held on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 8am.
Please call the Admissions Office to register.
Transfer Students – please call for an Application packet. No entrance exam will be required.
Admission to Holy Cross is a three step process:
* Take the Entrance Exam - Saturday, November 7, 2009
8:30am-12pm (No pre-registration required) Exam Fee $20
Holy Cross administers the STS High School Placement Test
which lasts approximately 3-3 ½ hours.
* Complete the admission application (Provided to students
on the day of the entrance exam) Deadline: December 1, 2009
* Submit grammar/middle school transcripts and
recommendations
Note: For those students unable to take the November
Entrance Exam, there is a Late Exam administered December 5,
2009. We highly encourage students to attend the first exam
day. Any student that is unable to take the placement test
one of those two days should contact the Office of
Admissions as soon as possible.
