Step #1: Complete and Submit Application documents
Required: Application for Admission, Recommendation Form, School Transcripts in English, Standardized English Proficiency test score (TOEFL, SSAT, SLEP, ELTiS), Verification of Finances, Copy of Passport.
Optional/Recommended: Photos, Additional Recommendations, English writing sample
Step #2: Interview with the International Program Director (Interviews will be conducted in person or via phone or Skype)
Step #3: Decision
If student is accepted, the International Program Director will provide a letter of acceptance conditional upon the receipt of the F-1 Visa.
Step #4: Submit Payment for the I-20
In order to issue the I-20, a fee of $250.00 must be paid in advance. Payment can be made to Holy Cross in the form of check, credit card, wire transfer or cash. (Holy Cross will forward this payment to the Office of Catholic Schools, the office responsible for issuing the I-20 to the student).
Step #5: Tuition & Fees
Tuition (2016-2017): $14,950.00
Application Fee: (new students only) $100.00
Graduation Fee (Seniors Only): $300.00
I-20 Processing Fee: (new students only) $250.00
Payment Schedule: A non-refundable registration payment of $1,000.00 will be due at the time of enrollment. The remainder of the balance must be paid by July 1.
Step #6: Student Arrival
Students must arrive at least two weeks before the start of classes and check in with the International Program Director. To ensure compliance with CT State Health requirements, students must have completed medical forms (translated in English) and have a medical examination performed by a physician in the United States upon their arrival.
