Course #124 Spring
Open to: Juniors and Seniors
This course is designed for students who would like to continue their physical education experience. Students will have the opportunity to participate in some of their favorite team sports such as football, basketball, soccer and baseball. Students will also participate in tennis, badminton and archery when available. The Ross Fitness Center could at times be incorporated for various physical activities.

BUILD A BETTER BODY

Course #129 Spring
Open to: Juniors and Seniors
This is a course based on creating healthy routines and methods for weight training. Students will need to develop and adjust their own fitness program throughout the course. This includes athletes who are in season. They are expected to participate in each and every class. The instructor will help design the program and provide feedback on the correct training method. This will include safety, technique and optimal bodybuilding for their personal goals.

RACKET AND NET SPORTS
Course #158 (Fall); Course #159 (Spring)
Open to: Junior and Seniors

This is a half year course offered in the fall and spring. Students will engage in net and racket activities such as tennis, badminton, pickle ball and speedminton. In the fall, volleyball would be included as a rainy day activity. In the spring, lacrosse would be included as an outdoor activity.

YOGA
Course #935 Fall Level * Credit: 1/2

Course #936 Spring
Open to: Junior and Senior Students
This course is designed for students who would like to continue the physical education of their bodies in a lifetime based activity. Students would be expected to change and participate in each class to the best of their abilities. This includes athletes who are in season. This would be a participation/performance graded class. The instructor will go through the basic techniques of yoga and will build on the movements as the class progresses. A personal yoga mat will be required for participation.

PE ASSISTANT
Course #125 Fall Level * Credit: 1/2

Course #126 Spring
Open to: Juniors and Seniors
Prerequisite: Signature of the Department Chairperson
This course will be offered to those students who may be interested in pursuing a career in Health and Physical Education or related fields. The student should possess leadership skills and a mastery of physical skills with the ability to demonstrate the proper methods and techniques of the physical activities presented. The student will be assigned to one of the PE instructors as an assistant.
