Visiting the campus is the best way to make a personal connection and to learn more about Holy Cross’s faculty, students, programs and facilities. We encourage you to take advantage of Open House, Meet Holy Cross events which include an admissions presentation and student-guided campus tour and our Crusader for a Day Program where you can spend a day at Holy Cross with a current student as your host. Also, please be on the lookout for Holy Cross at your school! We visit many grammar and middle schools in the region to talk about the Holy Cross experience.

Open House

Join us for the afternoon to experience all that Holy Cross has to offer. Meet our administrators, teachers, and students. Learn about our BYOD program, Community Period and Academic Offerings including our Professional Pathways. Check out our Student Activities Fair to learn about the more than 40 Clubs you can participate in and meet the coaches of our outstanding athletic teams.Listen to our talented music students and meet parents of current Holy Cross students to learn why they chose Holy Cross for their student’s high school education.

Meet Holy Cross: A Special Opportunity for Transfer Students and Current 6th, 7th & 8th Graders

It's never too early to begin planning your high school experience. Please join us on the second Tuesday of every month from September through April for a student-guided campus tour and an admissions presentation to learn why Holy Cross is the leader in private Catholic education in the Greater Waterbury area. Meet the students, faculty and parents that make up the Holy Cross community.

Crusader for a Day

Current 8th graders and transfer students are invited to join us for a Crusader for a Day.Attend classes with a current student, meet our teachers, enjoy lunch on us, and see why Holy Cross is such an exciting place to be a student. Here’s what your day will include:

  • 7:15 a.m. –Arrive on campus and meet us in the Main Office. You will be greeted by your student host and begin your day as a Crusader.
  • As a Crusader for a Day, you will follow your student host’s schedule, including four classes, lunch and Community Period-you may want to bring PE clothes to participate in intermural athletics during Community Period.
  • 1:35 p.m.* – Student visitors can be picked up at the Main Office, after a great day at Holy Cross.
  • Students, make sure you are following our school’s dress code for your day on campus.
