Holy Cross Student-Athletes to Continue Athletic Careers in College

Holy Cross High School is proud to announce that thirteen of our current students will be participating in college athletics, starting this fall. All of them are stellar athletes and model citizens in our school community. They are known among their teammates and peers as student-athletes who are diligent, motivated, and committed.

"We are thrilled to have so many of our student/ athletes planning to participate in Intercollegiate Athletics next fall," said Jerry Ciarleglio '72, Director of Athletics. "These young men and women have accomplished so much during their four years here and have represented our school and our athletic program in such a positive manner.We are very proud of their accomplishments."

Students who were recently honored include:

  • Meah Austin (will attend College of Holy Cross and participate in Track and Field)
  • RJ Blanco (will attend Keene State College and play Lacrosse)
  • Jessica Borduas (will attend Emmanuel College and play Lacrosse)
  • Erin Goggin (will attend Pace University and play Soccer)
  • William Guglielmo (will attend Nichols College and participate in Track and Field)
  • Kiley Harnish (will attend Seton Hall University and play Soccer)
  • Alexandra Lombardo (will attend Roger Williams University and play Softball)
  • Madelynn Mowad (will attend Fairfield University and participate in Swimming)
  • Fran Phelan (will attend Central Connecticut State University and play Baseball)
  • Zyair Rountree (will attend Anna Maria College and play Football)
  • Dillon Sanzari (will attend Manhattanville College and play Lacrosse)
  • DeAndre Wallace (will attend Arizona Western College and play Football)
  • Aiyana Ward (will attend Eastern Connecticut State University and play Basketball)
