Incoming Freshmen: Class of 2025

Admission to 9th grade is based on past achievement, recommendations and a Placement Exam that will be administered on

  • August 10
  • September 12
  • October 24
  • November 21

Students from Catholic and Public schools across the region receive equal consideration. Admission to 9th grade is based on past achievement and recommendations. Students from Catholic and Public schools across the region receive equal consideration.

Complete the Application for Admission – Please complete the application for admission online . Once your application has been submitted online, please submit your $25.00 application fee to Holy Cross High School, attn: Admissions Office, 587 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, CT 06708.

Transcripts Recommendation and Personal Statement-
Please complete this form and return it to your student’s school to request that their 6th- 8th grade transcripts, attendance and discipline records are mailed, emailed (tparks@holycrosshs-ct.com), or faxed (203.757.3423) to the Holy Cross Admissions Department.

Students must complete their personal statement using page one of this form. Please have your student’s school counselor complete page two of this form and have it emailed (tparks@holycrosshs-ct.com), or faxed (203.757.3423) to the Holy Cross Admissions Department to expedite the process.Only one letter of recommendation from a school counselor is required.

Transfer Students-Class of 2022 and 2023
